  • • As an Engagement Associate at Metaview AI Limited, you will play a pivotal role in helping SMB and mid-market customers successfully adopt and derive value from our AI-powered recruiting platform, directly contributing to customer retention, product-led growth, and the company’s mission to transform hiring through intelligent automation.
  • • You will be instrumental in scaling our customer engagement model by combining high-touch support with data-driven insights to ensure rapid onboarding, sustained product usage, and proactive issue resolution across a growing base of users.

  • • You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to surface customer insights that shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, positioning you at the forefront of AI-driven HR technology innovation.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success, change management, and AI product adoption while building scalable processes that support thousands of users — accelerating your professional growth in a high-velocity, learning-obsessed culture.
  • • Onboard like a pro: Deliver high-impact, personalized onboarding experiences for new SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring they achieve quick time-to-value by configuring Metaview to their recruiting workflows and training key stakeholders.
  • • Drive product adoption at scale: Leverage usage data and behavioral signals to identify engagement opportunities, proactively reach out to customers, and guide them toward unlocking advanced features that maximize ROI.
  • • Own account health: Monitor key usage metrics and engagement patterns to detect early signs of risk or expansion potential, balancing automated outreach with strategic, higher-touch interventions.
  • • Solve problems fast: Act as a first responder for customer inquiries and technical issues, troubleshooting effectively and coordinating with engineering and support teams to resolve concerns promptly while maintaining trust.
  • • Systematize what works: Document successful customer journeys, refine playbooks, and help design scalable processes — such as segmentation models, outreach cadences, and success metrics — that enable efficient scaling across thousands of users.
  • • Champion the customer voice: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from customer interactions to surface trends, inform product prioritization, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and GTM strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales, Consultancy, RevOps, or Account Management
  • • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders
  • • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform customer engagement decisions and track product adoption
  • • Demonstrated resilience, initiative, and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • • Enthusiasm for experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating based on feedback without fear of failure
  • • Comfort with hybrid work (2–3 days/week in office) and alignment with Metaview’s low-bs, authentic, customer-obsessed brand culture
