- • As an Engagement Manager at ReflectionAI Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption and successful deployment of our groundbreaking open superintelligence technology within enterprise clients. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can navigate the complexities of AI implementation, ensuring our clients realize tangible business value from our advanced models.
- • You will own the entire AI deployment lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our enterprise customers. This journey begins with identifying high-value use cases that align with our clients' strategic objectives and extends through to driving organizational change management and achieving scaled, sustainable adoption of ReflectionAI's solutions.
- • This position uniquely blends strategic advisory with practical deployment leadership. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, including Account Executives, and our technical experts, such as Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, to architect and execute engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- • A key responsibility will be supporting technical discovery sessions. In these sessions, you will delve deep into understanding customer requirements, challenges, and existing technical landscapes. This foundational understanding is crucial for tailoring our AI solutions effectively and informing the design of strategic engagements.
- • Working in tandem with Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, you will be instrumental in structuring these strategic engagements. This includes the meticulous drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs), clearly defining the project scope, outlining critical milestones, and establishing precise success criteria that will guide the project to a successful conclusion.
- • During the project delivery phase, you will act as a vital enabler for our Forward Deployed Engineers. Your role will involve navigating complex organizational structures within client companies, facilitating seamless access to key customer subject-matter experts, essential systems, and critical data resources. This ensures the deployment team has the support and access needed to execute efficiently.
- • You will be the custodian of customer relationships, maintaining a consistent and proactive cadence with executive sponsors and technical leads. This involves not only keeping stakeholders informed but also actively surfacing potential issues early, celebrating project milestones and successes, and ensuring a positive and productive client experience.
- • Leading delivery operations is another core facet of this role. You will orchestrate and manage key project ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and milestone reviews. You will also be responsible for comprehensive progress reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties.
- • A critical skill will be your ability to translate complex technical concepts and AI/ML intricacies into clear, concise, and executive-level updates. This ensures that senior leadership within our client organizations can understand the progress, value, and implications of the AI deployment.
- • You will also play a significant role in supporting enterprise onboarding processes. This involves coordinating various internal ReflectionAI teams to manage crucial steps like security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement processes, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to streamline these often-complex procedures.
- • Proactive management of project scope and change requests is essential. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations with clients regarding scope, managing any proposed changes, and negotiating contract modifications when necessary to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- • Finally, you will be a crucial conduit for feedback, capturing valuable insights from customer interactions and deployments. This feedback will directly inform our research and product development priorities, helping to shape the future of ReflectionAI's foundational models and ensure they remain at the cutting edge of AI innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist within consulting, technology, or enterprise software sectors.
- • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, particularly those involving AI/ML or advanced software solutions, to large enterprise customers.
- • High technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems integration.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience navigating and influencing within large, complex organizational structures.
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, drive organizational change, and guide customers from initial concept through to full-scale adoption of new technologies.
