  • • As an Engagement Manager at Metaview AI Limited, you will serve as the strategic bridge between customers, product, and sales teams, driving the adoption and expansion of AI-powered hiring solutions for high-growth B2B clients. This role is critical to ensuring that enterprise clients not only implement Metaview’s AI agents effectively but also realize measurable, long-term value in their recruitment workflows — transforming how organizations hire at scale.
  • • Day to day, you will build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders ranging from recruiters and hiring managers to C-level executives, guiding them through change management, onboarding, and ongoing optimization of AI-driven hiring processes. You will lead workshops, share best practices, and act as an AI thought partner to help customers embed Metaview’s technology into their daily operations while identifying risks and opportunities using product usage data and direct customer feedback.
  • • You will partner closely with the Sales team to drive retention and expansion opportunities, ensuring customers achieve their hiring goals and are positioned for growth through additional product adoption. Simultaneously, you will synthesize field insights to influence product roadmap decisions and refine Metaview’s engagement methodology, ensuring the company remains responsive to real-world customer needs.
  • • The Engagement team operates at the forefront of Metaview’s mission to re-engineer hiring with AI at its core. You will work alongside a high-velocity, mission-driven team that values craft, openness, and rapid learning — backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures and trusted by innovators like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.
  • • In this role, you will accelerate your professional growth by shaping strategy at the intersection of AI, enterprise sales, and customer success. You’ll develop deep expertise in change management, AI product adoption, and B2B strategy while working on some of the most complex and impactful hiring transformations in the industry — positioning yourself as a leader in the future of work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in consulting, customer-facing, or strategy roles at high-growth B2B startups or top-tier firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or comparable organizations.
  • • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels — from frontline operators to C-suite executives — while maintaining a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort using data to drive decisions, measure adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • • Demonstrated experience in change management, including guiding organizations through process transformation, technology adoption, and organizational change.
  • • Exceptional communication skills: ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences in 1:1 settings and group workshops.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, curious, and energized by experimentation, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments.
