- • Lead complex, multi-faceted implementation projects for enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring rapid adoption and maximum value from Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
- • Drive innovation and adoption of Stripe’s deployment practices by providing product adoption insights and guiding customers to fully leverage their Stripe investment.
- • Continuously improve and enable Stripe’s Implementation Methodology by refining tools, templates, and processes based on real-world feedback and evolving customer needs.
- • Establish and maintain program governance to align project requirements with agreed scope, business objectives, and strategic outcomes.
- • Proactively manage the technical integration of Stripe’s products into customer applications and architectures, including test and change management strategies and transformation timelines.
- • Conduct proactive risk assessment and mitigation, identifying, tracking, and resolving issues and decisions using standardized tools and templates with both internal and customer stakeholders.
- • Facilitate alignment between customer teams and Stripe’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in Stripe’s product roadmap.
- • Ensure seamless transition of implemented Stripe capabilities into ongoing operations, including knowledge transfer and formal handover to Stripe Support teams.
- • Actively participate in a global community of Engagement Managers to share best practices, evolve implementation standards, and enhance the quality of Stripe’s professional services delivery.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building trusted advisory relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance tailored to diverse audiences—from business leaders to engineers—ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
- • Identify recurring customer challenges and design scalable, repeatable solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes across multiple engagements.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.
- • Influence internal Stripe teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements based on frontline implementation insights.
- • Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-impact implementations aligned with Stripe’s strategic goals.
