- • Lead post-sale customer success for Cradle’s largest biopharma and industrial biotech clients, ensuring broad adoption and measurable ROI across their entire protein R&D portfolio.
- • Define, track, and report on portfolio-level success metrics in collaboration with senior customer stakeholders, translating scientific impact into tangible business outcomes.
- • Establish and lead cross-functional steering committees to align internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Cradle’s platform delivers consistent, scalable value across departments and therapeutic areas.
- • Partner with Account Executives to identify and expand Cradle’s footprint into new business units, R&D programs, and therapeutic areas within enterprise accounts.
- • Coordinate seamlessly with Scientific Advisors to manage project initiation, resource allocation, and execution within licensed project slots, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point and coordination hub for enterprise accounts, aligning Science, Product, and Machine Learning teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences.
- • Solicit, document, and advocate for customer feedback to drive product and service improvements, ensuring the voice of the customer directly influences Cradle’s roadmap.
- • Co-create and lead training and education initiatives that empower scientists to maximize platform adoption and proficiency across diverse R&D teams.
- • Understand and leverage customer budget cycles, licensing models, and long-term R&D roadmaps to proactively identify renewal and growth opportunities.
- • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives in global biotech and pharmaceutical companies, providing insights on how AI-guided protein design integrates into their broader innovation strategy.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with biopharma R&D workflows, enabling credible and impactful engagement with both experimental scientists and computational teams.
- • Deliver clear, compelling presentations on scientific and business performance metrics to diverse internal and external audiences, including C-suite and R&D leadership.
- • Travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time to conduct on-site assessments, workshops, and strategic alignment sessions.
- • Manage multi-workstream engagements simultaneously, ensuring alignment across internal teams and consistent delivery of Cradle’s platform and services.
- • Balance customer advocacy with internal operational efficiency, ensuring Cradle’s resources are used effectively while maximizing customer success.
- • Collaborate with Product and Machine Learning Research teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic customer needs and market trends.
- • Foster a culture of seven-star customer experiences across all touchpoints, inspiring and leading internal cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles (program management, consulting, or customer success) ideally in Life Sciences
- • Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows and ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and experimental/computational scientists
- • MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs and drive measurable ROI
- • Willingness to travel to and work from customer sites up to 20% of the time
- • Strong relationship-building, executive presence, crisp communication, and excellent organizational skills
