- • Own a book of business with full accountability for revenue, margin, retention, and expansion within the Expert Data Services division.
- • Lead end-to-end creation and delivery of advanced AI model training datasets specifically for healthcare and clinical domains, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted execution partner for foundation model companies, leading life sciences organizations, and research labs.
- • Coordinate and manage distributed teams of clinical and life sciences experts across geographies to ensure timely, high-quality dataset production.
- • Maintain and enforce rigorous quality control protocols and standardized guidelines to uphold data integrity in regulated environments.
- • Support deal scoping, pricing strategies, and contract expansions in close partnership with senior leadership and commercial teams.
- • Drive continuous improvement of operational systems to increase speed, consistency, and scalability of AI data annotation and model improvement workflows.
- • Deliver projects with precision and urgency, balancing competing priorities while meeting demanding technical customer expectations.
- • Act as a bridge between technical customers and internal operational teams, translating complex requirements into actionable execution plans.
- • Communicate clearly and structurally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
- • Operate independently with a high sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency, managing multiple simultaneous projects without oversight.
- • Contribute to customer retention and growth by proactively identifying expansion opportunities based on project performance and client needs.
- • Improve client satisfaction through consistent delivery, transparent communication, and responsiveness to evolving project requirements.
- • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align project execution with broader company goals and commercial objectives.

- • Represent Officehours as a professional and reliable partner in high-stakes engagements involving sensitive clinical and proprietary data.
- • Participate in onboarding and training new experts and operational staff to maintain quality and consistency across all projects.
- • Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy and research ethics standards in project execution.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to enhance platform capabilities and customer experience.
- • Track and analyze project outcomes to inform future pricing, staffing, and operational decisions.
- • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project milestones, and deliverables for internal reporting and audit readiness.
- • Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, even under tight deadlines, with an emphasis on accuracy and reproducibility in AI training data.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the Expert Data Services team.
