- • As an Engagement Manager at LangChain, you will serve as the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise customers, ensuring successful delivery of Professional Services projects that enable organizations to move from AI prototypes to production-ready solutions at scale.
- • You will manage the full lifecycle of 5–8 concurrent technical engagements, driving customer success, shaping delivery methodologies, and directly impacting how Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups implement LangChain’s platform in real-world AI applications.
- • The Professional Services team partners with world-class enterprises like Replit, Coinbase, Workday, and Lyft to design, deploy, and operate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, combining deep technical expertise with strategic customer partnership to accelerate time-to-value.
- • You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to coordinate resources, manage scope, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex, fast-moving AI implementations.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise AI adoption at a high-growth, well-funded startup ($125M Series B) where your contributions directly influence product evolution, customer success, and the scalability of LangChain’s platform.
- • You will develop expertise in AI agent engineering, enterprise software delivery, and cross-functional leadership while working in a culture that values ownership, constructive debate, and proactive problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of engagement or project management experience, preferably with technical or software engagements
- • Proven ability to manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- • Strong experience working with enterprise customers and leading customer-facing communication, including status updates, expectation management, and escalation handling
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (engineers, architects, product) and managing resource allocation and capacity planning
- • Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
- • Demonstrated ability to handle scope change management and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
- • Start-up mindset: thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, takes ownership, and operates with maximum agency
- • Natural communicator: clear, direct, and effective with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
