- • As an Engineer III in Advanced Research at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in developing innovative detection capabilities that keep the company ahead of evolving cyber threats and protect customers worldwide.
- • You will work with industry-leading technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Redis, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and LLMs to build, maintain, and enhance distributed cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- • You will collaborate closely with Security, Data Science, Engineering, and Visualization teams to integrate new capabilities into the Falcon platform and solve complex security challenges.
- • You will operate in a remote-first, high-trust environment that encourages creativity, skill development, mentoring, and ownership of impactful projects that improve customer protection.
🎯 Requirements
- • United States Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for access to certain resources.
- • Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
- • Programming expertise in at least one language, with Java/Scala, Go, or Python preferred.
- • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, RESTful patterns, and multithreading.
- • Proficiency in building and scaling services in production environments.
- • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- • Experience interacting with major cloud provider APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure) for provisioning and monitoring infrastructure.
- • Effective communication skills across functions and levels.
