• • Your primary responsibility will be to drive delivery and provide people leadership across one or more product squads. This multifaceted role seamlessly blends engineering management, comprehensive delivery ownership, and strategic technical alignment. You will be the linchpin for enabling predictable execution, maximizing team performance, and guiding scalable technical decisions that will underpin the success of our diverse product suite.
• • While this role is non-hands-on, meaning you will not be expected to write production code, a deep and robust technical understanding is paramount. • • You will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of talented software and QA engineers. • • Owning the delivery outcomes across one to three product squads is a core tenet of this role. You will ensure predictable execution, the achievement of key milestones, and the overall success of the product development lifecycle within your purview.
