📋 Description

• • The Engineering Manager at Cayuse Holdings, Inc. is a people leader and technical steward responsible for managing a product area — a suite of related products with a shared roadmap, vision, and cross-team dependencies. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize maximum value from the Cayuse Research Platform while driving revenue growth, reducing technical debt, and scaling operations through high-quality software delivery.
• • Day to day, the Engineering Manager will build and develop strong engineering and QA teams through hiring, onboarding, and career development; conduct regular 1:1s and performance evaluations; own the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); enforce architectural best practices; partner with Product and Technical Leads on sprint planning; remove technical and non-technical impediments; coach Agile ceremonies; monitor sprint progress; drive tech debt resolution; champion AI tool adoption; and support incident response and operational standards.
