📋 Description

• • Lead the Data Platform team at SentiLink, responsible for building and scaling the data infrastructure that powers identity verification and fraud detection products used by financial institutions and beyond.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and growing a team of data engineers, defining technical vision for data ingestion and processing systems, designing scalable batch and real-time pipelines, ensuring data quality and observability, partnering with Data Science and Product teams, optimizing performance and cost with Infrastructure, establishing data governance practices, supporting operational excellence, hiring and mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, and contributing to architecture and technical problem-solving.
