• • Engineering Ops at HappyRobot AI Inc. serves as the operational backbone of the product organization, acting as the connective tissue between Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations to ensure synchronization and velocity across teams.
• • Day to day, the role involves bridging Product Engineering and Deployment teams by enabling feature rollouts, managing technical feedback loops, partnering with GTM on technical enablement and pricing, defining and tracking product metrics with raw data analysis, and overseeing data labeling operations for voice, reasoning, and coding agents.
• • HappyRobot is a Y Combinator-backed (S23) AI infrastructure startup with over $60M in funding from a16z and Base10, building autonomous AI workers that make decisions and execute actions across voice, email, and enterprise systems for global enterprises in logistics and beyond.
• • In this role, you will learn to operate at the intersection of engineering and commercial functions, build systems that prevent operational friction, gain end-to-end visibility into product lifecycle execution, and develop expertise in aligning technical reality with market needs through disciplined, impact-driven execution.
