Engineering Team Leader, Elements Team

📋 Description

• • Lead the Elements team at FundraiseUp Inc., a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions in monthly donations for nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association, where you’ll drive the development of embedded widgets that enable seamless donation experiences and impact tracking on partner websites.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers, writing and reviewing code (70/30 split favoring management), ensuring adherence to engineering guidelines, owning feature delivery and deadlines, making technical decisions, preparing designs, managing technical debt, mentoring engineers through 1:1s, onboarding new hires, and conducting performance reviews.
