  • • Lead enterprise account strategy for major brands and retailers across the UK and Europe, driving long-term revenue growth and customer retention through strategic relationship management.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise clients, building trust and aligning Bazaarvoice’s solutions with their business objectives around consumer engagement and user-generated content.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data analytics, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that leverage Bazaarvoice’s global network for syndicating consumer feedback across retail, social, and search platforms.
  • • Develop and execute account plans that increase adoption of Bazaarvoice’s enterprise technology, including real-time dashboards and insights tools designed to transform consumer feedback into actionable business intelligence.
  • • Identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts by uncovering new use cases for user-generated content, such as product innovation, brand storytelling, and customer loyalty programs.
  • • Partner with sales, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and optimization of Bazaarvoice’s platform for enterprise clients.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of client industries—including retail, CPG, and electronics—to provide consultative guidance on how consumer insights can drive sales, improve product development, and enhance brand trust.
  • • Represent Bazaarvoice at industry events, client meetings, and executive briefings to reinforce the company’s position as a leader in smart shopping experiences and consumer-driven commerce.
  • • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • • Translate client feedback into product and feature enhancement recommendations for internal teams to improve platform functionality and market competitiveness.
  • • Manage and mentor a team of account managers and customer success professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client outcomes and revenue growth.
  • • Ensure all client engagements adhere to Bazaarvoice’s global standards for data privacy, content integrity, and ethical use of user-generated content.
  • • Deliver quarterly business reviews and executive summaries to clients, demonstrating measurable impact on key metrics such as conversion rates, customer loyalty, and average order value.
  • • Stay current on market trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior to position Bazaarvoice as a strategic advisor rather than just a vendor.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts with multi-million dollar revenue potential
  • • Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to retail, CPG, or e-commerce brands
  • • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • • Experience leading and mentoring account teams in a global, matrixed organization
