- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Life Sciences at UiPath, you will drive growth within existing Life Sciences accounts across BioPharma and Medical Device organizations in the United States, partnering with executive stakeholders and AI Centers of Excellence to expand enterprise adoption of agentic automation and AI-powered business transformation initiatives.
- • You will own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Life Sciences accounts, develop and execute territory and account strategies, build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders, position UiPath’s agentic automation and AI platform using a consultative, value-based sales approach, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, identify expansion opportunities across operational and compliance processes, collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams, partner with Global Systems Integrators, and maintain strong knowledge of Life Sciences industry trends and regulatory considerations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling experience
- • 5+ years successfully managing and growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device organizations
- • Experience selling transformational technologies including AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
- • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex enterprise deals
- • Ability to communicate AI capabilities, ROI, governance, and implementation strategies to executive and technical audiences
- • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes
