- • Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise prospects and customers in the SF Bay Area territory, from initial prospecting through deal closure and renewal.
- • Establish and nurture professional, productive relationships with new and existing assigned accounts to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth.
- • Qualify, manage, and advance leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound sales initiatives through Cyberhaven’s defined sales pipeline.
- • Build and expand a local market franchise by cultivating trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances within the Bay Area cybersecurity ecosystem.
- • Consistently generate new sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing untapped business opportunities in the region, including cold calling and targeted email outreach.
- • Present Cyberhaven’s unique Data Discovery and Response (DDR) solution to prospects, clearly articulating its AI-enabled data lineage capabilities and enterprise value proposition.
- • Identify client-specific data security needs and recommend tailored Cyberhaven products and services to address those needs effectively.
- • Proactively plan sales milestones, assess client requirements, and validate partner needs throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment and trust.
- • Exceed assigned quarterly and annual growth targets for software and services revenue through new business acquisition and expansion.
- • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing clients to maximize account penetration and lifetime value.
- • Stay current on Cyberhaven’s product features, pricing models, and competitive landscape to maintain a technical and market-savvy sales approach.
- • Serve as a brand ambassador for Cyberhaven, embodying the company’s mission to revolutionize data security through AI-powered threat detection and prevention.
- • Adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment with evolving customer demands and product updates.
- • Collaborate internally with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine messaging, address client concerns, and improve conversion rates.
- • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to ensure transparency and accountability across the sales process.
- • Demonstrate a relentless, competitive drive to close complex, high-value deals ranging from $250,000 to $1,000,000+ in annual contract value.
- • Bring high energy, optimism, and compassion to every customer interaction, fostering strong rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- • Continuously improve by embracing feedback, seeking coaching, and maintaining a lifelong learner mindset.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of industry experience selling cybersecurity software in the SF Bay Area, with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) experience strongly preferred
- • Proven track record of closing multiple enterprise deals between $250,000 and $1,000,000 in annual contract value
- • Strong ability to understand and articulate technical cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Self-starter with a competitive, persistent, and coachable attitude, willing to work hard and own outcomes
- • Located in the SF Bay Area
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with rapid product iterations
