- • Own and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) across a portfolio of Redgate’s top-tier enterprise accounts, representing the top 5% of customers by revenue
- • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (VP level and above) to become a strategic partner for their data and database challenges
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting through to close, including six-figure enterprise deals
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each key customer’s business objectives and technical environment
- • Position Redgate’s solutions effectively by staying current on the competitive landscape and leveraging product knowledge to demonstrate tangible value
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless, joined-up experience for enterprise clients
- • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, providing consistent, high-touch engagement that drives retention and expansion
- • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
- • Conduct executive-level presentations and business reviews to align Redgate’s offerings with clients’ strategic priorities
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with precision to support sales planning and organizational visibility
- • Balance strategic thinking with disciplined sales execution to deliver consistent results in high-stakes, high-impact accounts
- • Demonstrate deep curiosity about data technologies and a commitment to continuous learning to better serve technical enterprise customers
- • Operate with autonomy and accountability, managing a defined territory while aligning with Redgate’s sales methodology and values
- • Engage in ongoing feedback loops with internal teams to refine sales approaches and improve customer outcomes
- • Represent Redgate professionally in client meetings, industry events, and technical discussions, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted partner
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a quota-carrying technical sales role with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- • Experience managing enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees and navigating multiple decision-makers and stakeholders
- • Comfortable engaging at the senior executive level (VP and above) with the ability to hold strategic, business-focused conversations
- • Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to work effectively across marketing, product, and customer success functions
- • Genuine curiosity about technology and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement
- • Demonstrated success in building long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients
