- ⢠Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive based in Singapore, covering enterprise accounts across Asia with a focus on new business acquisition.
- ⢠Report directly to the VP of Sales and develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting the largest enterprises in the Asia region.
- ⢠Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex enterprise deals, consistently closing contracts valued at over $100k.
- ⢠Sell directly to enterprise clients while also collaborating with channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue.
- ⢠Multi-thread with C-level executives across multiple business units within target accounts to align Workatoâs platform with enterprise-wide automation and AI orchestration needs.
- ⢠Leverage support from SDRs, partner sales teams, and marketing to build comprehensive, cross-functional sales strategies.
- ⢠Operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with high autonomy and minimal corporate bureaucracy.
- ⢠Maintain full flexibility in work locationâbased in Singapore with access to the Suntec office, but free to work in the manner that best suits your productivity.
- ⢠Focus exclusively on new business development, with no responsibility for account maintenance or renewals.
- ⢠Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal teams to successfully craft and close large, complex enterprise deals.
- ⢠Demonstrate consistent performance by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- ⢠Navigate ambiguity inherent in a high-growth startup, making decisions without rigid corporate processes or safety nets.
- ⢠Represent Workato, a leader in enterprise iPaaS and trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500, as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on unified data, application, and AI orchestration.
- ⢠Collaborate within a team of six Account Executives, each specializing in commercial and enterprise verticals, to share insights and drive regional growth.
- ⢠Engage with clients on transforming enterprise infrastructure for the agentic era using Workatoâs cloud-native, enterprise-grade automation platform.
- ⢠Operate with full ownership of your pipeline, strategy, and outcomes, aligned with Workatoâs trust-oriented, flexible culture.
- ⢠Contribute to a high-performance sales culture that values innovation, initiative, and teamwork over rigid hierarchies.

- ⢠7+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- ⢠Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
- ⢠Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
