  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at DailyPay, you will drive revenue by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing partners, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how people get paid through on-demand pay solutions.
  • • You will become a product expert, pitch and close qualified prospects via webinars, strategic calls, and in-person presentations, manage complex sales cycles with C-suite stakeholders, leverage Salesforce and sales engagement tools, and build data-driven business cases to demonstrate DailyPay’s value to HR, finance, and operations leaders.
  • • You will join a high-trust, inclusive sales team at DailyPay, a New York City-headquartered worktech leader with U.S. and Belfast operations, where collaboration, intellectual honesty, and diverse perspectives are valued to drive innovation and collective success.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, master enterprise sales methodologies, deepen your expertise in HR Tech and FinTech solutions, and grow your ability to influence senior decision-makers while earning equity and advancing your career in a high-performance culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple C-suite stakeholders and significant contract values in B2B sales.
  • • Proven ability to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to senior executives through consultative, relationship-driven selling.
  • • Strong aptitude for technology and experience mastering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to improve sales efficiency.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to use financial and data insights to build compelling business cases for enterprise clients.
  • • Experience in enterprise-level HR Technology, FinTech, or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler) is preferred.
