- • Enterprise Account Executive role focused on building and scaling Dandy's enterprise sales channel targeting small multi-location dental practices and future DSOs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying client leads through discovery calls, identifying and calling prospective DSOs, taking a hybrid multi-level selling approach, tracking sales activity in Salesforce, and serving as a core stakeholder in defining the enterprise sales process.
- • Dandy is transforming the $400B dental industry by building an operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital firms and expanding globally.
- • The role offers opportunity to grow with a high-impact sales team, develop expertise in dental technology sales, and contribute to defining go-to-market strategy for emerging dental service organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS work highly preferred)
- • Deep experience closing deals with mid-market clients and multi-level selling
- • Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM
- • Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn via rigorous training
- • Overall track record of professional success
