- • As Senior Sales Executive — Enterprise Brazil, you are core to Taktile's mission of building and expanding the enterprise customer base across Brazil's financial services sector, driving growth by creating a robust pipeline of strategic accounts among the country's largest banks and financial institutions.
- • You will own deals with annual contract values above R$ 1M, navigate multi-month procurement processes at Tier-1 banks, and define how Taktile is sold, positioned, and delivered in Brazil for years to come, reporting directly to Carolina Fraidemberge as a foundational hire for the Brazil team.
- • The team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with diverse backgrounds from top universities and leading tech companies like Google, Amazon, and Meta, backed by Y Combinator, Index Ventures, and notable angel investors.
- • You will learn to shape Taktile's go-to-market strategy in Brazil, gain deep expertise in financial services decisioning software, and grow professionally through mentorship, a self-development budget, and direct access to founding team and global advisors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Met or exceeded sales targets for 5+ years at $200K+ ACVs
- • Extensive experience managing complex deal cycles of 6+ months
- • Proven track record selling SaaS/software subscriptions to Financial Services and/or enterprise-scale businesses
- • Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages for enterprise stakeholders
- • Highly skilled in prospecting and navigating complex organizations to identify and engage decision-makers
