  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Wiz Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge cloud security solutions to large enterprises, directly contributing to the company’s mission of securing cloud environments for the world’s most innovative organizations, including over 50% of the Fortune 100.
  • • You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle in your territory, from prospecting and engaging CISO-level executives to closing complex deals, ensuring alignment with Wiz’s values while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment.
  • • Day to day, you will demonstrate deep expertise in Wiz’s Cloud Security Platform, articulating its technical and business value to senior security and IT leaders through consultative, insight-driven conversations that reflect industry trends and customer pain points.
  • • You will proactively build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor by listening actively, understanding strategic business objectives, and positioning Wiz as a strategic enabler of secure cloud adoption and digital transformation.
  • • You will develop and execute account plans to expand within existing customers, identify new logo opportunities, and coordinate with the partner ecosystem to amplify market reach and optimize go-to-market strategies across channels.
  • • You will maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools, providing reliable forecasts and deal insights to leadership while ensuring all activities are logged and reviewed in real time to support predictable revenue generation.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to align on solution positioning, gather customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and ensure seamless delivery and post-sale success.
  • • You will continuously refine your sales approach by adapting messaging in real time based on customer feedback, avoiding rigid scripts, and leveraging consultative techniques to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and overcome objections.
  • • You will contribute to Wiz’s high-performance culture by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and embodying the company’s values of innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence in every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling enterprise-level solutions in the cloud, cybersecurity, or adjacent technology space.
  • • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas while selling to CISO, CIO, or other senior executive stakeholders in large organizations.
  • • Strong ability to build and maintain internal partnerships across functions such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to drive deal success and customer satisfaction.
  • • Consultative sales approach with the agility to pivot conversations based on customer needs, rather than adhering to a rigid script.
  • • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts within the cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem, with a history of expanding relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • • Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring visa sponsorship.
