- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Ben Technologies Inc., you will own a territory and drive revenue growth by generating interest in Ben’s benefits platform, directly impacting the company’s success in transforming employee benefits management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities; developing and executing strategic account plans; engaging in consultative, value-based selling; building relationships with HR leaders, C-suite executives, and decision-makers; managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close; collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams; and staying informed on employee benefits trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in full-cycle closing sales roles with initial experience in software sales
- • Track record of selling deals between $10k–$100k, averaging $20k–$30k
- • Proficiency with sales technology including CRM, prospecting tools, and LinkedIn Navigator
- • Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets
- • Strong negotiation and deal-closing experience
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers and internal teams
