- • Acquire and grow relationships with large financial institutions including wealth management firms, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance companies through full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales.
- • Lead consultative sales processes to identify client pain points, priorities, and buying processes within financial services workflows and compliance environments.
- • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and collaborative solution design sessions with executive, technical, and business stakeholders at target institutions.
- • Negotiate and close high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals with complex decision-making structures and long sales cycles.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions to drive adoption and expansion of Jump’s AI-powered advisor workflow platform.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing teams to align on client needs, ensure seamless onboarding, and support retention and growth.
- • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline hygiene to support revenue targets.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving regulatory requirements within financial services to inform sales strategy and client conversations.
- • Represent Jump Technologies as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, articulating the value of AI-driven tools that enhance client meeting cycles and advisor workflows.
- • Operate with high ownership and self-motivation, leveraging resourcefulness to navigate complex sales environments and overcome objections.
- • Maintain deep understanding of financial services buying processes, including procurement, legal, compliance, and IT evaluation criteria.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined execution of sales methodology and strategic account planning.
- • Engage with existing enterprise customers such as LPL, Osaic, Raymond James, Cetera, Focus Financial, Merit, Savant, Allworth, Sanctuary Wealth, and Integrated Partners to identify expansion opportunities.
- • Align sales activities with Jump’s mission to empower financial advisors through compliant, practical AI technology that safeguards the financial future of everyday people.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- • Proven success selling to large financial institutions (RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, or insurance firms)
- • Deep experience with consultative, solution-based selling and multi-stakeholder deal management
- • Strong understanding of financial services workflows, buying processes, and compliance requirements
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
