- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Workato, you will drive new business growth across Asia by selling the company’s AI-powered enterprise orchestration platform to large enterprises, helping organizations streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences.
- • You will build and execute a territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in Asia, working closely with SDRs, partner sales, and marketing teams to multi-thread with C-level executives across business units, aiming to close deals over $100k, both directly and through channel partners.
- • You will join a team of 6 Account Executives split by vertical across commercial and enterprise accounts, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, and be based in Singapore with access to the Suntec office, enjoying total flexibility to work in the way that suits you.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structuring, and strategic account planning while contributing to Workato’s mission of transforming technology complexity into business opportunity for 400,000+ global customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
- • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
- • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, startup-like environment with ambiguity and without reliance on corporate safety nets
- • Strong team player who collaborates effectively to close large, complex deals by leveraging internal relationships
