- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Workato, you will drive growth in the Nordics region by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level deals with complex B2B clients. This role is critical to expanding Workato’s market presence in a high-potential region, directly contributing to revenue targets and long-term customer success through the company’s AI-powered orchestration platform.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and engage target accounts using outbound strategies, manage full sales cycles from discovery to close, leverage tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, build and nurture relationships with VAR partners and business stakeholders, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while adapting strategies in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- • Native proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and fluency in English, preferably based in Stockholm
- • Experience with outbound/community-driven prospecting and proficiency in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar sales tools
