  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Vynca, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to Enhanced Care Management and Palliative Care programs for underserved populations by building strategic partnerships with Community-Based Organizations, provider groups, and healthcare stakeholders, directly contributing to Vynca’s mission of providing comprehensive care for more quality days at home.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs-based selling to closing deals and managing long-term partner relationships—ensuring alignment across teams and driving revenue growth through data-informed, ethical, and compassionate engagement in complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.
  • • Vynca is a mission-driven, close-knit community guided by core values of Excellence, Compassion, Curiosity, and Integrity, where your work will have a tangible impact on improving care delivery and supporting vulnerable individuals across the United States.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development while honing your ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence decision-makers, and contribute to scalable growth initiatives in a purpose-led organization.
  • • Prospect and develop new partnership opportunities using a data-driven approach in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-potential accounts aligned with Vynca’s growth objectives.
  • • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers and leaders in healthcare organizations, payors, and referral networks through consistent, empathetic, and solution-focused communication.
  • • Support ongoing partnership success by providing training, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating seamless collaboration between Vynca and partner organizations to ensure program adoption and satisfaction.
  • • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing partners as needed, balancing remote efficiency with in-person engagement to strengthen trust and demonstrate commitment.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasting in CRM systems, providing regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to inform and support the development of localized marketing programs, educational materials, and outreach initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • • Stay current with evolving healthcare policies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to adapt strategies and maintain Vynca’s competitive advantage in the ECM and Palliative Care space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5 years of proven, high-level sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals in complex, competitive markets.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in healthcare settings, including engagement with provider groups, payors, and Community-Based Organizations.
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background preferred, though not strictly required for candidates with exceptional sales performance and relevant experience.
  • • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and influence diverse audiences, including executives and clinical leaders.
  • • Creative problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying opportunities and adapting strategies in dynamic environments.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States, allowing you to contribute from any of the approved states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, NV, NC, OR, TX, WA) while maintaining work-life balance.
  • • Opportunity to make a meaningful social impact by expanding access to critical palliative and enhanced care services for underserved and vulnerable populations.
  • • Collaborative, values-driven culture rooted in Excellence, Compassion, Curiosity, and Integrity, where your contributions are recognized and your growth is supported.
  • • Professional development opportunities through cross-functional collaboration, exposure to healthcare innovation, and involvement in strategic initiatives that shape Vynca’s market expansion.
  • • Comprehensive benefits package (implied through standard offerings for remote roles at mission-driven health tech companies, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, consistent with industry norms for similar positions).
