- ⢠As an Enterprise Account Executive at Workato, you will drive new business growth across Asia by selling the companyâs enterprise integration and automation platform to large organizations, directly contributing to revenue expansion and market penetration in a high-growth tech environment.
- ⢠Day to day, you will build and execute a territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in Asia, focus almost entirely on new business through direct sales and channel partnerships, and multi-thread with C-level executives across business units to craft deals exceeding $100k, all while reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
- ⢠You will join a growing team of 6 Account Executives split by vertical across commercial and enterprise accounts, within a company trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500 and recognized as a leader in Enterprise MCP, known for its cloud-native architecture that unifies data, applications, processes, and AI at scale.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, master complex deal structuring with technical and business stakeholders, and grow your career in a fast-moving, innovative startup environment that values ownership, teamwork, and adaptability over corporate rigidity.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
- ⢠Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
- ⢠Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- ⢠First and foremost, you're a sales person
- ⢠You enjoy being in an evolving fast growing environment and you don't like to sit back enjoying the comfort of a large corporate
- ⢠You're a hunter, but not a lone wolf. You know how to play as a team and how to craft large complex deals by pulling in colleagues who you've built trust with
- ⢠You'll have to be comfortable with the natural ambiguity that comes in a startup environment and not reliant on corporate safety nets
