- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at FMX GmbH, you will drive strategic sales initiatives by identifying and removing roadblocks for clients in the public sector, deploying tailored solutions to complex challenges, and contributing to the growth of a fast-moving SaaS company.
- • You will own and manage a pipeline of 300+ strategic potential customers, guide them through the full sales cycle from problem identification to closed-won, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to expand and retain enterprise accounts in K-12, Higher Education, and Local Government/Municipalities.
- • FMX is a fast-growing, Columbus, Ohio-based SaaS company that provides cloud-based facility maintenance and management solutions to education, property management, manufacturing, and other sectors, known for its innovative product and strong team culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales within the public sector, master complex sales cycles, enhance your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and achieve measurable impact through quota attainment, ARR growth, and leadership in a performance-driven, collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a B2B selling role, with mandatory experience selling into enterprise accounts in the public sector
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term deal processes
- • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
- • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- • Self-motivation, coachability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, remote-first environment
