- • As one of Vega Claims' first Enterprise Account Executives, you will play a foundational role in shaping how the company grows by bringing its AI-native claims platform to market and building relationships with enterprise customers in the insurance industry.
- • You will own enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, navigate multiple stakeholders, manage long sales cycles, negotiate enterprise agreements, and help define the go-to-market playbook, messaging, and sales process as Vega scales.
- • You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap by serving as the voice of customers and partners, and represent Vega at industry conferences, executive seminars, and client meetings as a credible senior face of the company.
- • You will build behind you by developing playbooks and mentorship structures that turn individual success into a repeatable growth engine as the sales team expands, contributing to Vega’s mission to modernize the $250B insurance claims industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise accounts
- • Proven enterprise sales experience: consistently closed complex B2B deals, managed long sales cycles, and navigated multiple stakeholders to get deals across the finish line
- • A builder’s mindset: excited to help shape how a company grows by refining sales processes, improving messaging, and sharing insights beyond your pipeline
- • Curious about the insurance claims industry and interested in how technology is reshaping it, with a desire to help customers understand the business impact of new solutions
