- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Kojo Technologies, you will drive new business growth by owning full-cycle sales from initial outreach to closed-won deals in the construction technology space.
- • You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 90-120 days, engaging procurement, operations, finance, and C-suite leaders across specialty and general contractor accounts.
- • You will partner with SDRs to build a self-sourced pipeline, conduct customized demos and onsite visits, and represent Kojo at industry events with approximately 10% travel.
- • You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to advance deals and ensure long-term customer value while managing forecasts in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- • Kojo is a fast-growing construction tech company transforming how commercial builders purchase materials, aiming to reduce costs and inefficiencies in a $10T global industry.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle, net-new enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- • Proven ability to self-source pipeline and execute outbound prospecting alongside inbound efforts
- • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, operations, finance, and C-suite buyers
- • Proficiency in Salesforce and comfort using CRM to manage the full sales process
- • Strong communication skills, effective in both executive settings and field environments like job sites
- • Familiarity with construction, construction technology, or procurement tech is a strong plus
