- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will drive revenue growth by securing new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts in your assigned territory, directly contributing to the company’s mission of securing every identity from AI to human.
- • Day to day, you will establish and execute strategic plans for net new logo pipeline generation, consistently deliver ARR revenue targets supporting 40% year-over-year growth, land and expand deals across enterprise accounts, orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and collaborate with sales engineering, channel partners, and internal teams to position Okta’s value at both functional and business levels.
- • You will join a high-performing Enterprise Sales Team at Okta, a leader in identity and access management, where innovation, urgency, and ownership are valued, and where you’ll work alongside builders who are passionate about enabling organizations to safely adopt AI through trusted, neutral infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise cloud sales, refine consultative and solution-selling techniques, master MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies, and build executive-level relationships—positioning yourself for career-defining impact and long-term growth in a fast-moving, mission-driven technology leader.
