- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Smartsheet, you will drive significant growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts in the Australian market, directly contributing to the company’s next phase of regional expansion.
- • Day to day, you will qualify inbound leads, execute targeted outbound sales campaigns, present Smartsheet’s solutions to senior executives and IT stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles using MEDDICC methodology, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach, develop territory-specific GTM strategies, attend industry events, and collaborate with solution engineering and customer success teams to ensure customer value realization.
- • You will join a high-performing, sales-focused team in Sydney or Melbourne reporting to the Sr Regional Director, Enterprise, within a company that has successfully operated in Australia for five years and is now accelerating its growth trajectory with a culture that values teamwork, healthy competition, and innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, master complex licensing and multi-year contract negotiations, refine your strategic account planning and vertical-specific outreach skills, and gain exposure to cutting-edge work management technologies while building a track record of exceeding targets and influencing enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of extensive experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
- • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and IT personas in large enterprise organisations (5000+ employees)
- • Proven ability to build complex licensing and contractual proposals for multi-year enterprise-wide agreements
- • Experience working with solution engineering, customer success, and running coordinated sales motions as a team
- • Proficiency in MEDDICC sales methodology with strong discovery and qualification skills
- • Experience managing a designated territory and executing outbound campaigns to maximise revenue growth
