- • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new sales within assigned accounts and territory in the 1000+ fleet size space.
- • Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales Operations to target and drive enterprise-level opportunities.
- • Architect and execute end-to-end account strategies for complex sales cycles averaging 12 months involving multiple decision makers.
- • Manage multiple simultaneous sales engagements while strategically maintaining key touchpoints to progress deals through the sales pipeline.
- • Evaluate current business, leverage data analysis, identify new sales opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
- • Research and analyze industry positioning and competitive strategies to uncover new business opportunities with prospects.
- • Maintain executive presence and articulate value-driven ideas to clients at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- • Expand sales beyond Lytx safety solutions to include telematics, integrations, and other services that influence corporate strategy.
- • Serve as the primary point person for sales pursuits, orchestrating cross-functional execution and leveraging influence to win deals, without owning post-sale account relationships.
- • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing leadership to recommend campaign improvements and incorporate insights into future efforts.
- • Mentor and lead team members, impacting top-line revenue through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- • Utilize internal tools and systems to source leads, build and maintain a full sales pipeline, and manage client data in Salesforce.
- • Adapt quickly between diverse responsibilities including prospecting, pipeline development, product knowledge maintenance, client escalations, and formal presentations.
- • Travel up to 50% as required to support client engagements and sales activities.
- • Deliver consultative sales solutions in a SaaS environment, with preference for experience in the fleet industry.
- • Navigate complex sales decisions involving ROI analysis, change management, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise organizations.
- • Apply analytical skills, creativity, and judgment to solve problems and convert interested prospects into closed clients.
- • Maintain a strong work ethic and organizational discipline to manage high-volume, multi-threaded sales processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of successful consultative selling experience with 3 to 5 years in enterprise-level sales
- • Demonstrated experience managing full sales decision cycles for enterprise deals, including ROI, change management, and stakeholder selling
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS or fleet industry environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical and business concepts to executive-level clients
- • Ability to travel up to 50%
- • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
