- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Sierra Technologies, you will drive revenue and pipeline growth by identifying, targeting, and closing large enterprise accounts, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy during an early-stage growth phase.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling; manage relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers; negotiate and close complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals; develop and execute sales strategies; collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams; and help define the sales motion for the GTM function.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales strategy, complex deal negotiation, and GTM motion design while working alongside industry leaders like co-founders Bret Taylor (former co-CEO of Salesforce and CTO of Facebook) and Clay Bavor (former Google Labs lead), gaining direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory and refining your ability to drive outcomes in the AI-powered customer experience space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-9 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts
- • Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
- • Strong communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- • Analytical mindset: ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- • Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold calling
