  • • Enterprise Account Executive role focused on selling Abnormal Security’s AI-powered email security solutions to enterprise-level accounts in the EMEA region, with a specific emphasis on the Netherlands market. This role is critical to driving new business growth and expanding market presence in a high-value territory.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating new business opportunities in enterprise accounts (3k+ mailbox organizations), managing the full sales cycle from initial conversation to contract signing and upselling, collaborating with Customer Success to drive renewals and expansions, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan, and acting as the customer voice internally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to align on value delivery.
  • • Abnormal Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company specializing in AI-driven email security, protecting enterprises from sophisticated social engineering attacks. The EMEA sales team is building momentum in a competitive market, offering the opportunity to shape territory strategy and contribute to rapid scaling in an early-stage, high-impact environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, master complex SaaS sales cycles involving CISOs and security stakeholders, refine your ability to build and present ROI-driven business cases, and gain deep expertise in cybersecurity trends and AI-powered threat detection—positioning you for long-term success in enterprise technology sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts against incumbents
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota or ranking in the top 5% of the sales organization
  • • Experience selling subscription SaaS or cybersecurity solutions to CISOs and security personnel
  • • Start-up or early-stage company experience with success in building territory from scratch amid limited resources and strong competition
  • • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience
