- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at WeTravel, you will own and influence how the company wins its most complex and strategic deals, directly contributing to revenue growth by partnering with tour operators to expand their business opportunities and shape the future of multi-day travel.
- • You will prospect into and own high-complexity, high-value accounts, lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close, drive structured discovery with senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level), build and maintain strong executive relationships, partner with Strategic AEs, Core AEs, Sales Engineering, Product, and Enablement teams, collaborate on complex deals requiring enterprise involvement, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and influence product positioning based on customer insights.
- • WeTravel is a remote-friendly, globally distributed company building an all-in-one platform that powers the complete traveler journey — from bookings and payments to back-office automation — enabling multi-day and group travel companies to focus on creating unforgettable experiences while valuing autonomy, collaboration, and curiosity across five continents.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within the travel tech space, shape sales playbooks and processes, gain exposure to cross-functional leadership, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to C-level executives while contributing to meaningful product feedback loops.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise sales motion
- • Proven experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities with enterprise customers
- • Credible consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and articulate value clearly
- • Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or payments is a plus
- • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives (Director, VP, C-level) and drive structured discovery and deal strategy
