📋 Description
- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive covering the ASEAN region from Singapore, targeting large enterprise clients across Asia.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Sell Workato’s full portfolio of solutions including Orchestration, MCP (Enterprise Model Control Platform), and Agentic automation capabilities to enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), partner sales teams, and marketing teams to multi-thread engagements with C-level executives across multiple business units.
- • Structure and close complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding $100k.
- • Engage with both direct sales channels and channel partners to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting through negotiation, closing, and handoff to customer success.
- • Position Workato as the leading enterprise infrastructure platform for unifying data, applications, processes, and AI in a governed, cloud-native environment.
- • Maintain deep understanding of enterprise pain points related to automation, integration, and operationalizing AI across large organizations.
- • Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies and messaging for enterprise buyers in ASEAN.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, embracing ambiguity and driving results without corporate safety nets.
- • Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- • Represent Workato as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth organizations across Asia.

- • 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
