📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at CodeRabbit, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Enterprise Sales team from the ground up, directly contributing to the company’s growth by owning the full sales cycle and driving revenue in a high-impact, early-stage startup environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively building a book of business through outbound sales efforts, identifying target ICP accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, maintaining and improving the sales pipeline, becoming a product expert, and effectively communicating CodeRabbit’s value through demos, POVs, and sales discussions using methodologies like MEDDPICC and SPICED.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative research and development company focused on creating next-generation Gen AI-driven code reviewers that enhance human-machine collaboration in software development, working closely with founders and the GTM executive team to shape the enterprise sales strategy.
