- • Enterprise Account Executive role focused on selling Abnormal AI security solutions to enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory, driving new annual recurring revenue and contributing to company growth in the cybersecurity market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating new business opportunities with enterprise accounts (3k+ mailbox organizations), managing full sales cycles from initial contact to contract signing and expansion, collaborating with Customer Success on renewals and upsells, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan, and acting as a customer voice to align internal teams (SEs, Product, Marketing) for effective deal execution.

- • In this role, the candidate will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, refine consultative selling and ROI quantification skills, gain deep experience in cybersecurity SaaS markets, and build a track record of overachieving quotas while contributing to team knowledge through documented insights and deal lessons.
🎯 Requirements
- • Enterprise Account Hunter with 3+ years of direct (not overlay) experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations (3k+ employee count), including prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
- • Proven performer with consistent over quota performance and/or ranked in the top 5% of the sales organization.
- • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel with average deal sizes of $100k+.
- • Start-up experience: success at an early-stage, underdog, or new entrant company facing large competitors, with demonstrated ability to build territory from scratch using channel, tech partners, and initial customer wins.
- • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- • Technically competent in key areas: security, email, cloud, and AI.
