  • • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract and expansion, consistently beating quarterly and annual revenue targets while building a predictable pipeline that fuels Lakera’s next stage of growth.
  • • Hunt new Fortune 500 and high-growth mid-market logos across industries where AI is mission-critical—finance, healthcare, retail, and technology—crafting bespoke value propositions that position Lakera as the indispensable security layer for every LLM deployment.
  • • Orchestrate multi-threaded, six-to-twelve-month enterprise deals involving CISOs, VP of Engineering, Product, and Legal; run technical pilots, ROI analyses, and procurement negotiations that convert security concerns into strategic partnerships worth seven-figure ARR.
  • • Translate field intelligence into actionable product insights; funnel customer feedback directly to our Zurich and San Francisco engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities, pricing tiers, and packaging that accelerate time-to-value and reduce sales friction.
  • • Architect repeatable playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides that turn early-stage founder selling into a scalable, metrics-driven machine; continuously refine HubSpot hygiene, forecasting models, and stage definitions to maintain >90% forecast accuracy.
  • • Evangelize Lakera’s vision on stage at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards, positioning yourself as the go-to thought leader for AI security while capturing demand that feeds the top of funnel and elevates brand credibility.
  • • Mentor and eventually hire the next generation of account executives and SDRs, instilling a culture of radical ownership, transparent deal reviews, and relentless experimentation that keeps us ahead in the fastest-moving category in cybersecurity.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to design land-and-expand motions that turn single-use-case deployments into enterprise-wide AI security programs, driving net-revenue retention above 130%.
  • • Champion responsible AI adoption by ensuring prospects understand not just how Lakera protects models, but how we help them meet emerging regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and corporate governance mandates before they become compliance blockers.
  • • Live our operating principles: move with urgency, default to transparency, raise the bar daily, and act as one team—because every deal you close brings us closer to a world where AI agents run businesses safely and society benefits from trustworthy intelligence.
