📋 Description

• Enterprise Account Executive role focused on building and scaling the Enterprise Sales team from the ground up at CodeRabbit, a research-driven company creating Gen AI-powered code reviewers that enhance human-machine collaboration in software development.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively building a book of business through outbound sales, identifying target ICP accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, maintaining and improving the sales pipeline, becoming a product expert, and applying sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and SPICED to drive closed-won deals.
• The team is part of a fast-growing, founder-led organization with a strong emphasis on internal growth and promotion, working alongside Founders and the GTM Executive team to define the enterprise sales motion in the GenAI ecosystem.
• The role offers the opportunity to make a large impact early in a startup, develop deep technical and sales expertise, shape enterprise sales processes, and grow alongside a mission-driven team focused on innovation, collaboration, and rapid learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying sales role with a consistent track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s AI-driven software and effectively engage highly technical prospects and business stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message, and ability to manage complex sales cycles
