📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at PermitFlow, you will own strategic commercial and national accounts, driving revenue growth by selling AI-powered permitting solutions to large-scale builders, developers, and retailers whose success depends on predictable, timely project execution.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, including prospecting, discovery, business case development, negotiation, and closing, while leading multi-threaded engagements with C-suite, real estate, construction, and operations leaders across national brands.
- • PermitFlow is an applied AI company transforming the $1.6T construction industry by providing intelligent automation for permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts — backed by $90M+ from top-tier investors and already powering over $20B in development.
- • In this role, you will develop repeatable sales processes, convert pilot programs into enterprise-wide partnerships, and help define PermitFlow’s commercial go-to-market motion while gaining deep expertise in construction-tech, AI infrastructure, and national account expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $1M in value
- • Experience selling to national owners, developers, retailers, restaurant/franchise builders, data center or clean-energy developers, or commercial real estate clients
- • Consistent top 10% performance, President’s Club recognition, or >120% quota attainment across multiple years and companies
