📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you will spearhead dash0’s entry into the enterprise market by closing strategic lighthouse accounts and shaping how enterprises transition from legacy observability platforms like Datadog and New Relic to an OpenTelemetry-native solution.
- • You will penetrate and close new business across large enterprise accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, developing multi-threaded account plans that engage stakeholders from developer teams to C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO), while leading complex commercial negotiations to secure seven-figure, multi-year agreements.
- • You will collaborate with sales engineers, product specialists, and leadership to articulate ROI, build compelling business cases, generate your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
- • You will join a fast-moving, builder-minded team at dash0, a venture-backed observability startup shaping the future of monitoring with transparent pricing and AI-centric design, where your impact is visible from day one and you work directly with founders to define the enterprise go-to-market motion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition and account expansion
- • Consistent track record of overachieving against a quota of €1M+, managing multiple large deals in parallel
- • Mastery of a value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDD(P)ICC, Command of the Message) for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6–12 months
- • Strong business acumen and fluency in value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership discussions
- • Resilience and resourcefulness in managing deal timelines and overcoming obstacles
- • Complete professional fluency in German and English
