- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you will spearhead dash0’s entry into the enterprise market by closing strategic lighthouse accounts and shaping how enterprises transition from legacy observability platforms to our OpenTelemetry-native solution.
- • You will penetrate and close new business in large enterprise accounts, develop and execute multi-threaded account plans from developer teams to C-level executives, lead complex commercial negotiations involving procurement, legal, and security, coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers and product specialists, articulate ROI and build compelling business cases, generate your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
- • You will work directly with leadership to build the enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment, leveraging dash0’s OpenTelemetry-native platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and delivers transparent pricing and cost control.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales motion design, master complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, build a book of seven-figure deals, gain exposure to cutting-edge observability technology, and accelerate your career through direct access to founders and leadership in a scaling Series B company.
