📋 Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients. This position is critical to ClickUp’s mission of transforming how teams work through its converged AI workspace, which unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting strategic prospects into long-term customers while maximizing revenue from existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to ClickUp’s vision of empowering teams to break free from silos and unlock new levels of productivity.
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will proactively identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing-qualified leads. You will develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate complex organizations, build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions that address specific business challenges. You will lead product demonstrations and executive presentations that clearly articulate ROI and value, collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging and accelerate sales cycles, and continuously analyze market trends and customer segments to refine your approach and improve pipeline quality.
  • You will also focus on expanding within existing enterprise accounts by uncovering additional use cases, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving adoption across multiple business units and departments. This includes managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, handling RFIs and RFPs with precision, and ensuring seamless handoffs to Customer Success post-sale to maximize long-term value. You will be expected to consistently exceed pipeline and quota targets by balancing new logo acquisition with strategic expansion within your assigned territory.
  • ClickUp’s Dallas-based sales team operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence 3–4 days per week to foster collaboration, mentorship, and team cohesion.   • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within the productivity and project management space. You will refine your ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence multiple stakeholders, and execute a land-and-expand strategy at scale. You’ll gain hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and data-driven sales processes, while building a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas. Success in this role can lead to advancement into senior sales leadership, strategic account management, or enablement positions within ClickUp’s rapidly growing global sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with full-cycle ownership of large, complex enterprise deals, including building consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota and driving expansion revenue (upsell, cross-sell, renewals) within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) in a timely and professional manner.
