  • • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise sales strategies for cybersecurity technology solutions in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region.
  • • Identify and engage potential enterprise customers within the cybersecurity sector through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation, closing, and onboarding of complex, high-value deals.
  • • Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to enterprise-level cybersecurity pain points and business outcomes.
  • • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and sales methodologies based on direct customer feedback and market insights.
  • • Articulate the company’s unique value proposition by translating customer interactions into actionable product and go-to-market improvements.
  • • Drive market entry and sales acceleration for 7AI in a new or underpenetrated territory where brand recognition may be limited.
  • • Meet and consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Leadership to shape the overall go-to-market strategy and align sales execution with company growth objectives.
  • • Leverage existing network and industry knowledge in cybersecurity and technology sales to accelerate customer acquisition and market adoption.
  • • Adapt sales approaches dynamically in response to evolving customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product developments.
  • • Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams by providing frontline insights from enterprise customers to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support sales forecasting, reporting, and team alignment.
  • • Represent 7AI professionally at industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity technology
  • • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • • Experience working in early-stage startup environments, or growing new territories where your brand may not have much recognition
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity challenges
  • • Strong network in cybersecurity and technology sales
  • • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
