📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Account Executive at CodeRabbit, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Enterprise Sales team from the ground up, directly contributing to revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle and exceeding sales targets in a high-impact startup environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively building a book of business through outbound sales efforts, identifying target ICP accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and becoming a product expert to effectively communicate CodeRabbit’s value through demos, POVs, and sales discussions using methodologies like MEDDPICC and SPICED.
• You will join a fast-growing, innovative R&D company focused on advancing human-machine collaboration through Gen AI-driven code reviewers, working closely with founders and the GTM executive team to shape the enterprise sales playbook and drive adoption among technical stakeholders.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in AI-powered software tools, refine advanced sales strategies, grow professionally within a promotion-friendly culture, and make a significant early impact by helping define a new category in the GenAI ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying sales role with a consistent track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Strong technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software and build trusted relationships with highly technical prospects and business stakeholders
• Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, and Command of Message, combined with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
