- • Own the full sales cycle for strategic, multi-million-dollar AI data deals across EMEA. You will quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with Fortune 500 enterprises, hyperscalers, and fast-growing AI unicorns who rely on HumanSignal to turn raw data into production-grade training sets.
- • Build and execute a territory plan that blends outbound prospecting, channel partnerships, and expansion within our existing customer base. You will map buying centers, craft bespoke value propositions, and run executive-level workshops that translate technical pain into clear ROI.
- • Become the trusted advisor on data-centric AI. You will translate how foundation-model fine-tuning, RLHF, and agent evaluation workflows map to HumanSignal’s labeling, curation, and governance capabilities—then quantify the impact on model accuracy, cost, and time-to-market.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment. You will orchestrate Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Product, and Customer Success to deliver pilots that prove value in 30 days and convert to multi-year platform agreements.
- • Forecast with precision. You will maintain a 3x pipeline coverage, document MEDDPICC rigor in Salesforce, and deliver predictable quarterly commits that scale ARR 3-4x year-over-year.
- • Evangelize HumanSignal at AI conferences, CDO roundtables, and VC portfolio events. You will author thought-leadership pieces and host executive briefings that position us as the category leader in data-centric AI tooling.
- • Mentor the next generation of sellers. You will onboard and coach junior AEs and SDRs, codify winning plays, and contribute to a culture of radical transparency and continuous improvement.
- • Champion customer obsession. You will feed market insights back to Product and Engineering, ensuring our roadmap stays laser-focused on the workflows that unlock the next wave of AI breakthroughs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a consistent track record of closing $1M+ ARR deals in EMEA
- • Deep fluency in AI/ML terminology and the modern data stack; ability to whiteboard data pipelines, model-training loops, and evaluation metrics with technical buyers
- • Proven success selling to C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies or equivalent scale-ups, navigating procurement, security, and legal processes
- • Native-level English plus at least one additional European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian strongly preferred)
- • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar value-selling methodology, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, product-led growth environment
