- • Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression for enterprise AI adoption opportunities.
- • Design and implement targeted outbound strategies using industry-specific context, stakeholder mapping, and product usage signals to penetrate priority enterprise accounts in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail.
- • Lead high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business priorities, map key stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness for AI deployment across regulated and technically complex environments.
- • Contribute to pipeline reviews by reporting outbound activity, sharing account insights, and identifying early competitive signals that impact deal trajectory.
- • Build and iterate on AI-enabled go-to-market workflows using GPTs and autonomous agents to scale prospecting, qualification, and customer engagement processes.
- • Translate OpenAI’s product capabilities—such as ChatGPT Enterprise and developer APIs—into tangible business outcomes aligned with customer objectives in high-stakes industries.
- • Evangelize AI technology by educating enterprise stakeholders on transformative use cases and helping them understand the strategic potential of AI-driven transformation.
- • Operate with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and emerging market signals.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align on customer needs and accelerate adoption from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with the AI landscape and continuously refine understanding of how OpenAI’s platform solves real-world enterprise challenges.
- • Communicate with clarity and executive presence to senior C-suite stakeholders, building credibility and trust in complex, multi-layered organizational structures.
- • Leverage fluency in business-level Korean to engage Korean-speaking enterprise clients and internal stakeholders, enabling seamless communication across regional markets.
- • Drive pipeline growth by converting product usage, pilot engagements, and inbound demand into qualified, high-conviction enterprise opportunities for strategic accounts teams.
- • Navigate the unique compliance, security, and governance requirements of regulated industries while positioning OpenAI’s solutions as scalable and trustworthy.
- • Embrace ambiguity and operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify opportunities and shape deal narratives without predefined playbooks.
- • Contribute to the evolution of OpenAI’s enterprise GTM motion by providing feedback on customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and sales enablement needs.
